Welcome to the 36th Ipswich Beaver Scout Colony page
Beavers are aged between 6 and 8. We are the youngest members of one of the biggest youth groups in the world. We have a distinct uniform, and wear the group Necker which for the 36th is Black and Purple. We enjoy lots of different fun activities that are educational and help us to learn and grow whilst making some great friends.
We meet once a week during Term Time; and run other activities during the course of the year such as trips, sleepovers, parties and days out.We do all sorts of things, which include:
- Badge work
- Visits
- Nature trails
- Crafts
- Water / Fire & Road Safety
- Cooking
- Learn about healthy eating, computers, and the importance of Fitness, Animals and Faiths
- Gardening
- Sports and Games
- Sleepovers and a lot lot more!!!
