AGM

The 36^th Ipswich scout group is a formally constituted organization under the umbrella of the national scout association. Locally we consist of the uniformed membership (Leaders, helpers and young people) and also the administrative staff known as the group executive committee.

Working with the local community we have now constituted a hall management committee to oversee the day to day running of the HQ building and its multi-use. The hall management committee is made up from representatives of the local community and the scout group.

Annually the scout group council (everyone involved in the group!) meets to formally elect the officers and to review the previous year's operation. This meeting takes place in March or April and is held at the scout HQ.
